Shop Around: Tenants announced for Fresh Market shopping center

Zoë’s Kitchen, fast casual Seattle-based MOD Pizza and Pet Supermarket are among the tenants who will join The Fresh Market-anchored The Shoppes at Two Notch later this year, according to Colliers International who has been awarded the leasing assignment for the final 3,725 square feet available at the center off Two Notch Road in Northeast Columbia.

High-end speciality grocer The Fresh Market is expected to occupy 22,500 of the the shopping center’s 36,500 square feet. Located across from the entrance to Village at Sandhill, the shopping center is being developed by Greenville-based MPG Two Notch LLC who also developed the 71,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby craft store that opened last year next door to The Shoppes at Two Notch location. Greensboro, N.C.-based The Fresh Market is expected to open there late summer.
