People and Achievements: Barnhill joins Callison Tighe law firm

Edward D. “Butch” Barnhill Jr. has joined the Callison Tighe law firm of Columbia. His practice will focus on real estate, probate and business. He’s also a certified South Carolina Circuit Court Mediator. Barnhill has practiced for more than 40 years in Columbia, primarily representing clients in real estate transactions, developments and litigation. He’s been involved in some of the largest commercial real estate deals in the country’s history. His probate practice includes wills, trusts and litigation. As a business attorney, he assists with formation of closely held corporations as well as with 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organizations.
