People & Achievements: Spigener gets expanded role at construction firm

Scott Spigener will take on the duties of construction director for the Thompson Turner Construction Division in Sumter. In his expanded leadership role, Spigener will be responsible for job staffing, the financial performance of projects, ensuring safety on every job, coordinating transitions from preconstruction/estimating and ensuring success for the client by delivering quality progress on each job. Spigener, who has 27 years of project management and field experience, has extensive K-12, higher education, health care, industrial, commercial and public construction project experience. Thompson Turner Construction has been a market leader in constructing educational, municipal, industrial and commercial buildings.
