People & Achievements: Cooper named S.C. premier conservation educator

Chanda Cooper, Richland Soil and Water Conservation District education program coordinator, has been named South Carolina’s premier educator on the importance of conservation. She recently received the 2016 South Carolina Project Learning Tree Jerry L. Shrum Outstanding Educator of the Year award from the South Carolina Project Learning Tree Steering Committee.
