Williams joins law firm’s Columbia office

James Williams has joined the Collins and Lacy law firm’s Columbia office as an associate practicing in the area of construction law. Prior to embarking on a legal career, Williams worked in the construction industry where he learned about issues that often arise in construction litigation. Williams, a Columbia native, received his undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College and his law degree from the University of South Carolina.
