Sullivan appointed to two S.C. Bar committees
Kelli Sullivan of the McKay, Cauthen, Settana & Stubley law firm has been appointed to two committees of the South Carolina Bar: the Unauthorized Practice of Law and Lawyers Helping Lawyers committees. Kelli recently completed her two-year term as the chair of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Ethics Advisory Committee. The Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee monitors unauthorized law activity and assists authorities in taking appropriate action. The Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee assists lawyers and judges addicted to alcohol or drugs and those suffering from depression. At The McKay Firm, Sullivan practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and civil litigation and is a certified mediator.
