Columbia real estate investment firm promotes Babcock

Drew Babcock has been promoted to director in the national multi-housing group of the Marcus & Millichap, a Columbia real estate investment services firm. Babcock received the firm’s Sales Recognition Award each year from 2014 to 2016. A Columbia native and University of South Carolina graduate, Babcock has been practicing commercial real estate since 2006. He has specialized in multi-family investments for six years. In 2009, he assisted Marcus & Millichap in opening its Columbia office, where he is currently the principal broker.
