Chapin Publix will open later this month

The much-anticipated Publix supermarket at 1235 Chapin Rd. in the Chapin Crossing shopping center is expected to open doors at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

According to the corporate Publix office, the 46,500 square-foot-store includes a Publix Pharmacy and will employ 200.

Chapin Crossing, which is managed by Colliers International, sits on 25 acres along Chapin Road and includes 14,000 additional square feet of retail space.
