New tenant to move into 1221 Main

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP has subleased 8,760 square feet of office space in 1221 Main--otherwise known as the NBSC Building--according to Colliers International who represented the law firm in the lease. Womble Carlyle will relocate to the downtown Main Street building from its current location at 1727 Hampton St.
