San Jose Mexican Restaurant adding new Lexington location

San Jose Mexican Restaurant will be opening its 16th Midlands-area location in the Publix-anchored Hendrix Crossing Shopping Center at Hwy. 378 and Charter Oak Road in Lexington.

The eatery will occupy Suite 105 next to Marco’s Pizza which, until recently, was home to Fuji Grill.

San Jose is locally owned. The first San Jose restaurant opened in the Midlands in 1981.
