Three more tenants sign on for Fresh Market/Hobby Lobby-anchored Lexington Marketplace

Tuesday Morning, Brain Balance student achievement center and Lee Nails have signed leases on spaces at the Lexington Marketplace which is currently under construction on Sunset Boulevard in Lexington.

Anchored by Hobby Lobby and The Fresh Market, previously announced Lexington Marketplace tenants include restaurants MOD Pizza and Tijuana Flats and retail tenants Ulta and Charleston-based ladies clothing and accessories boutique Affordables Apparel.

The 135,000-square-foot shopping center is located next to La-Z-Boy in the 5300 block of Sunset Boulevard and is being developed and leased by Charlotte, N.C.-based The Shopping Center Group.
