Taco Bell coming to West Columbia

A Taco Bell will soon join West Columbia’s Hobby Lobby-, Bi-Lo-anchored West Side Plaza shopping center

The fast food restaurant is currently under construction on a one-acre outparcel on Augusta Road. Construction of the restaurant is expected to be complete in the fall of 2017.

“This location will be excellent for both Taco Bell and West Side Plaza,” said Colliers International’s Danny Bonds, a brokerage associate who represents West Side Plaza. “The owners of West Side Plaza and Taco Bell worked closely together to create a new outparcel in the center, which Taco Bell will use for one of its newest model freestanding restaurants. This will add a great dining option for the area and will be a beautiful addition to the center.”

With over 7,000 restaurants in the United States, Taco Bell serves more than two billion customers each year. This will be the eighth Taco Bell to join the Columbia market. At West Side Plaza, the restaurant joins anchor tenants Bi-Lo, Hobby Lobby and MUV Fitness

Colliers provides leasing and real estate management services for West Side Plaza Shopping Center.
