New restaurant coming to Garners Ferry Road
A new Cook Out restaurant will be built at 7504 Garners Ferry Road, according to NAI Avant.
NAI Avant represented the seller, Hospitality Engterprises of Columbia, in the sale of the 1.32-acre land parcel. Cook Out purchased the land for $775,000.
According to Cook Out’s website, the location will be the fifth Cook Out in Columbia.
