Korean gastropub to open in the Vista
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, a Korean restaurant touting itself as a gastropub will open on Gervais Street between Panera Bread and Nonnah’s.
Located at 929 Gervais, and named 929 Kitchen & Bar, the gastropub announced on its website it plans to open on Feb. 13.
According to indeed.com, where the restaurant posted job openings for a bartender, prep cook and servers, “929 Kitchen & Bar is the first modern Korean gastropub located in the heart of Columbia, S.C.” No further details or menu are available yet on the restaurant’s website.
