Shop Around: Chick-fil-A opens on Killian Road

Chick-fil-A opened the doors at its newest Midlands location Thursday at 405 Killian Rd.

Aaron Jackson, a former South Carolina law enforcement officer and a University of South Carolina graduate Aaron Jackson, is the owner and operator of the Killian Road location, which will employ 85 people. Jackson opened the Decker Boulevard Chick-fil-A 10 years ago.

Following the newest Chick-fil-A decor, the restaurant's interior includes a community table made of reclaimed timber and other custom features such as light fixtures made from recycled Coca-Cola bottles and peach baskets.
