Kingsman opens Lexington location
Long-time Cayce restaurant The Kingsman opened the doors of its Lexington location this week at 924-C East Main St.
A staple in Cayce since 1972, brothers Steve and Aubrey King opened The Kingsman on Axtell Drive and began serving pimento cheeseburgers, Italian dishes and their hearty ribeyes--locally aged and was originally priced at $1.85. In 2012, local chefs Henry Griffin and Mike Deevey joined the Kingsman family.
The Lexington location--which is located in the space formerly occupied by Wild Hare Sports Bar near the Lexington County Public Library--began serving lunch Monday and will serve dinner, as well, starting Thursday. In honor of the restaurant’s first dinner, the Lexington location will offer ribeye dinner specials of $16.99 for a small ribeye and $21.99 for a large starting at 5 p.m. Thursday.
