Both buildings were previously part of the Lradac/The Behavioral Health Center Of The Midlands Devine Street Complex.

“We don’t know what we’re going to do with it yet but we know it’s going to be something amazing,” said Jody Kreush who owns and operates Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli with her son, Richard Kreush.

Jody and Richard opened Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli on June 9. Jody's 12 years of restaurant management experience in Maryland and successful operation of a food truck in Pittsburg combined with Richard's study in hotel, restaurant and tourism management at the University of South Carolina create what, thus far, has been a strong recipe for success for the restaurant.

In addition to decadent cinnamon rolls in flavors such as bourbon caramel and coconut cream, Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli features grilled paninis, New York hotdogs and specialty sandwiches such as the Italian godfather, the chilly Philly and the Gamecock--a sourdough bread sandwich topped with baked ham, black pepper thick bacon and barbecue pulled pork.

Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli is open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday and is closed on Monday.
