Garners Ferry property to become car wash

A Sparkle Express Car Wash will be coming to 7841 Garners Ferry Rd., according to NAI Avant who represented the purchaser, SK Property LLC, in the purchase of the property.

The 1.68-acre property was sold by HR Developers LLC for $450,000. The location will be the fourth Columbia-area location for Sparkle Express.
