Columbia man killed in Eastover crash

A Columbia man died in a single-vehicle accident Saturday in Eastover.

Charles Richard Cullen, 33, was driving a vehicle and ran off the road and struck a tree on Winterwood Road just before 9 p.m., Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said Sunday in a news release.

Cullen was not wearing a seatbelt, Watts said.

The S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating.
