Columbia’s Black History Extravaganza: Where we’ve been. Where we’re going.

City residents took part in the Black History Extravaganza on Monday at Greenview Park. The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department sponsored the event to celebrate Black History Month.

The gathering featured exhibitors, live entertainment and, as guest speaker, U.S. Rep. James Clyburn, the third-ranking Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
