Eleazer joins Neel-Schaffer’s Columbia office

Charles Eleazer has joined Neel-Schaffer Inc. and will manage the firm’s construction engineering and inspection work in South Carolina. He will work out of the Columbia office at 1320 Main St. Eleazer has nearly three decades of experience, including 27 with the state Department of Transportation. Eleazer is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
