A man with dementia who wandered away from his Lexington County home Sunday has been found.

Terry Williams, 69, wandered away from his home off Limestone Point around 7 a.m. Sunday, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. Officials say Williams has severe dementia.

The sheriff’s department said around 2 p.m. that Williams has been located.
