Art auction to benefit MIRCI mental illness, homeless service center in Columbia

Columbia’s Mental Illness Recovery Center Inc. (MIRCI) will hold its annual 52 Windows fundraiser from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at 701 Whaley.

The evening of art benefiting MIRCI’s housing and homeless programs for the mentally ill features a silent auction, live band, open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres.

Up for bid are hand-painted windows designed by local artists.

Tickets are $75 for individuals and $125 for couples.
