Gushing water closes part of northeast Columbia roadway
Water gushing into the roadway has closed a portion of Clemson Road in northeast Columbia this morning.
Clemson Road is closed from Two Notch Road to North Springs Road, including all access to the Village at Sandhills from Clemson Road, the City of Columbia said in a release Wednesday morning.
“Columbia Water is presently working to make the necessary repairs and any updates will be made available as work progresses,” the release states. “The City urges its citizens to adhere to the detour signs and reroute accordingly.”
