One person is dead after being hit by a train, according SC sheriff’s office
A person is dead following a collision with a train in South Carolina Monday night.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred just before 9 p.m.
The person was declared dead at the scene of the incident, which the sheriff’s office described as “train vs. pedestrian.”
The collision occurred near the intersection of Waddell and Rutherford roads, according to the sheriff’s office.
