It’s back.

Riverbanks Zoo announced the return of its “Free Fridays” promotion, in which residents of Richland and Lexington counties are eligible for free park admission every Friday during January and February.

Proof of residency is required and includes property tax bills, car registration and a South Carolina-issued driver’s license, according to the zoo.

Free Fridays begins this Friday, Jan. 4. The park is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
