There’s a new brunch spot downtown — and it’s serving Fruity Pebbles pancakes
Your weekend brunch options in downtown Columbia just expanded by one very tasty menu.
Bone-In Barbeque will begin serving Saturday brunch this weekend.
The limited but varied menu items range from $12 pulled pork stuffed French toast to $10 Fruity Pebbles pancakes (featured in the “Saturday Morning Cartoon Plate”).
Salads, sandwiches and super-Southern sides — fried mac and cheese, smoked corn succotash, deviled collards, oh my! — make for a well-rounded selection.
The restaurant will offer specialty brunch cocktails such as a Brandy Alexander made with cereal-infused cream as well as classic drinks.
Bone-In Barbeque opened last summer beside the Fireflies baseball stadium at BullStreet. Located in the restored, historic Ensor Building (a former morgue at the S.C. State Hospital campus), it is the first brick-and-mortar restaurant for chef and caterer Scott Hall.
Brunch will be served every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
