Move over, Charleston. One of America’s favorite inns is in historic little Camden

Charleston ain’t the only place with nice digs around this state.

Camden, Columbia’s historic and refined neighbor to the east, is home of one of the finest inns in the country, according to popular travel website TripAdvisor.

TripAdvisor ranked the Bloomsbury Inn in Camden as America’s 19th best inn or bed and breakfast.

The TripAdvisor rankings are based on reviews and opinions collected over the past year. Visitors have praised Bloomsbury’s personable hosts, food quality, luxurious decor and hominess.

The same TripAdvisor rankings named Charleston’s French Quarter Inn as the best overall hotel in America and sixth best in the world. The Spectator Hotel in Charleston ranked No. 3 in the country, and the city’s HarbourView Inn ranked No. 22 nationally.
