Columbia’s first axe-throwing bar opens this week. Please, aim for the bull’s-eye

Craft Axe Throwing opens this week, Jan. 31, in downtown Columbia, bringing the trendy axe-throwing-and-beer-drinking concept to the city for the first time.

Craft Axe, which also has a location in Greenville, is opening at 700 Gervais St., between Tin Lizzy’s Cantina and Tsunami Japanese Restaurant.

The 12 axe-throwing lanes can be reserved for $20 per person per hour. Walk-ins are accepted, or reservations can be made online at www.craftaxethrowing.com/us/sc/columbia.

Craft Axe also features a bar and televisions. It will be open Wednesdays through Sundays. Hours vary by day.
