Here is who’s coming to Columbia for R&B Fest

Anthony Hamilton and five other R&B stars will be making their way to Columbia this summer for R&B Fest at Colonial Life Arena, according to a statement from the University of South Carolina.

Hamilton will be joined Sunday June 30 by TV personality Tamar Brazton, twin group Jagged Edge, singer songwriter Ginuwine, quartet 112 and Atlanta group Silk, according to the statement.

Tickets for the show go on sale April 12 at noon in the Colonial Life box office and on Ticketmaster.

Grammy award winner Hamilton has sold more than 50 million albums and is best known for his tracks “Comin’ from Where I’m From” and “Charlene.” He hails from Charlotte.

Braxton, star of Braxton Family Values, is best known for her single “Love and War,” which came out in 2012. She became famous in the 90s as part of the group The Braxtons.

Jagged Edge is best known for singles “The Way That You Talk” and “Let’s Get Married.”

“Get ready for a night of soulful music when the Columbia R&B Fest comes to Colonial Life Arena on Sunday, June 30,” the statement read.
