The home at 10 Country Club Court was sold by B&B Homes to Wei Tan and Lauren Tan for $1,805,000.
The six-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built last year. It is 5,250 square feet on a three-quarter-acre lot with “incredible water views,” according to Zillow.
