Richland County Sheriff’s Department searching for missing teenage girl

Update: Heygod has been located safely and reunited with her family, the Richland County Sheriff’s Department announced on social media.

Richland County deputies are searching for a 14-year-old girl who’s been missing for almost three days.

Heaven Heygod was last seen Sunday evening at her home on Catawba Hill Drive, which is near the Pontiac community outside northeast Columbia, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.

The sheriff’s department described Heaven as a black female with long braids, approximately 5 feet and 3 inches in height and weighing 150 pounds. She may be wearing hazel colored contacts.

Heygod has medical concerns and may be in need of medication, police said
