If you’re looking for a place on Lake Murray, one very nice option is up for sale — but it will cost you.

This lakeside home on Island View Court, about eight miles northwest of Lexington, is on the market for $3.67 million.

The 7,182-square-foot home boasts six bedrooms, seven baths, and a 240-foot view of Lake Murray with a private dock and boat ramp.

The craftsman-style house was built in 2021, according to its Zillow listing, with three attached garages on 2.5 acres.

Three of its bedrooms come with a balcony, four have a private bath and three have walk-in closets.

The eat-in kitchen includes an island, tiled floors, stained cabinets and granite countertops. The interior open floor plan also featured vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting and built-in bookcases.
