A large industrial building in the Midlands has been sold.
According to commercial real estate firm Colliers South Carolina, the building at 2500 Rowesville Road in Orangeburg has been sold for about $12.7 million. Colliers represented Reger Holdings in the deal. The property was sold to 1200 Jersey Avenue LLC, a real estate holding company out of New Jersey, according to Colliers.
The industrial building is 361,000-square-feet. Reger had purchased it in May 2020 and made a number of improvements to the site. The facility on Rowesville Road is about 51 miles south of downtown Columbia.
Formal plans for the site have not been announced, according to a Colliers representative.
