According to commercial real estate firm Colliers South Carolina, the building at 2500 Rowesville Road in Orangeburg has been sold for about $12.7 million. Colliers represented Reger Holdings in the deal. The property was sold to 1200 Jersey Avenue LLC, a real estate holding company out of New Jersey, according to Colliers.
