A popular Columbia brewery is showing support for Ukraine after that nation was invaded by the Russian military.

River Rat Brewery, which is located at 1231 Shop Road, not far from Williams-Brice Stadium, announced on social media that it is replacing its Moscow Mule drink with a drink called the Ukraine Warrior.

“All of the profits from the Ukraine Warrior will be donated to the UNICEF: Children in Crossfire of Ukraine Crisis fund,” the brewery wrote on Facebook. “River Rat will also be matching all donations collected (at the brewery) for the relief fund.”

The brewery added that it will no longer be using Russian vodka in any of its cocktails.

Some restaurants and bars in various parts of the Palmetto State have stopped serving Russian alcohol as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine, which was invaded by Russian forces about two weeks ago.
