Columbia gas prices are below $4 again. Here’s where to find the cheapest
Gas is again below $4 a gallon on average in Columbia, but exactly where are prices the cheapest?
According to AAA South Carolina, the current average for a gallon of regular gas in Columbia was $3.99 on Friday morning, down from $4.036 on Thursday and $4.12 a week ago. Gas prices edged close to reaching the city’s record average of $4.20 in 2008 but began slowly but steadily falling on Monday.
But while the average is a penny below $4 a gallon, there are some places in the city where you can pay even less at the pump.
Below are the service stations with the cheapest gas in Columbia on Friday, according to GasBuddy.
- Circle K at 6122 Garners Ferry Road: $3.77
- Sam’s Club at 350 Harbison Blvd: $3.77
- Murphy USA at 1330 Bush River Road: $3.79
- Murphy Express at 7302 Broad River Road: $3.79
- QuikTrip at 4680 Fort Jackson Blvd: $3.87
- Sunoco at 10018 Two Notch Road: $3.89
- Gulf at 7467 Garners Ferry Road: $3.92
