Here are the 5 priciest SC vacation homes, according to Vrbo. One is over $11K a night

If you have around $12,000 to burn and need a break from 2022, then there’s a South Carolina vacation home by the beach waiting for you.

The three-bedroom villa in Hilton Head Island’s Sea Pines neighborhood is — at $11,560 a night — currently the most expensive South Carolina home rental listed on Vrbo, a popular online vacation rental marketplace.

At 1,600 square feet, the pet-friendly house offers views of the ninth hole at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III. The home also features outdoor dining and a full kitchen stocked with all the amenities.

A floating staircase that anchors the open living space stretches toward a skylight and three guest rooms. Also, the main bedroom includes a balcony that lets visitors enjoy golf views from among the treetops.

But while the Sea Pines home is the most expensive rental on Vrbo, there are others that come close in price. Below are the four next most expensive home rentals in the state.

The Estuary Coastal Soul

Also on Hilton Head, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is a 3-minute walk or 60-second golf cart ride from the beach. The house sleeps up to 20 people and offer nearby biking and golfing.

Mariners Watch

This premier villa at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort is located in East Beach Village and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms. The home offers plenty of ocean views from its sunroom and deck, along with direct beach access.

Windswept

Another oceanfront villa on Kiawah Island, this 1,252 square-foot, two-story penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy lounging and listening to the ocean waves on the first floor or step outside the private, covered balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of Kiawah’s beach.

There’s also 30 miles of flat bike trails nearby to enjoy, along with golfing, tennis, fishing, swimming and boating.

Piper Point

This 5,100 square-foot, three-story beachfront house at Isle of Palms offer six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, decks and rooftop deck. The house also has a private pool that overlooks the Atlantic and a hot tub.
