Mingos Cookies opens a second location in the Midlands. Here’s where they’ve set up shop
Irmo just got a little sweeter.
Mingos Cookies, which has a location on Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, has now opened a second shop in the Midlands. The new shop is at 7467 St. Andrews Road in Irmo, which is in the Kroger shopping center.
The Irmo Mingos location opened Wednesday, according to posts from the shop on social media. It is located near Palm Beach Tan in the shopping center.
The original Lexington Mingos Cookies is located at 5580 Sunset Blvd.
Mingos is known for its wide assortment of fresh baked cookies, including classics like chocolate chip and specialty cookies such as the Havana Oh La La, which comes with white chocolate chips and is stuffed with guava and cream cheese icing, then topped with maria cookie crumbles and finished with house cream cheese frosting and guava drizzle.
The shop also offers milk teas, fruit teas and frosted lemonade boba drinks, along with coffee and other treats.
