A growing national coffee chain is coming to the Midlands in this high-traffic spot
Forest Acres will soon have a new place to get its coffee fix.
7 Brew, a drive-thru coffee chain that has locations in several states, will set up shop on the southeast corner of Forest Drive and Beltline Boulevard in Forest Acres, according to a release from commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners.
The firm represented the seller of the property, Old Percy Mortgage Company LLC in the sale of the one-acre property to 3J7B Real Estate, LLC. The sale was for nearly $2 million.
The 7 Brew coffee shop will be the lead tenant on the property, Trinity Partners said, but a 4,500-square-foot medical office building also will be constructed on the site.
Construction likely will begin on the site before the end of the year, the real estate firm said.
7 Brew has drive-thru coffee stores in a number of states, including Arkansas, Texas and Missouri. It currently has a pair of locations in South Carolina, in the Greenville area.
“7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone,” the coffee company says on its website. “We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it. The dream came alive with our first ‘stand’ in Rogers, AR and our 7 original coffees. Today, we’re cranking out all kinds of custom-hand crafted drinks in different locations throughout the country.”
More than 27,000 cars per day travel down Forest Drive near the site, with 25,000 cars per day heading down Beltline Boluevard, per stats provided by Trinity.
