Trader Joe’s to Publix, here is when Midlands grocery stores will be open Thanksgiving Day
If you forget something for your Thanksgiving feast, you better remember early in the day.
Midlands grocery stores are closing early, if they are open at all.
Here’s a sample of store hours.
Publix, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Walmart and related stores, all closed. All day.
“We’re always closed on Thanksgiving,” a chipper manager at Publix on Gervais Street said Thursday morning.
Piggly Wiggly — 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Whole Foods — 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fresh Market — 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Food Lion — 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Harris Teeter — 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A manager at Kroger could not be reached to provide store hours.
