Police police released surveillance photos of a man wanted in connection to the stabbing of 4 people in downtown Columbia, July 7.

The attack occurred on the 1700 block of Sumter Street near the old Greyhound bus terminal.

The four victims ranged in age from 20-32 years old. None received life-threatening injuries in the attack, Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook said.

Investigators are still gathering information about the attack and have not released information about a possible motive.

The suspect was identified as a light-skinned , slim, black male possibly between 20 and 30-years- old. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans, dark shoes and sunglasses.
