There’s a new Mexican restaurant on the shores of Lake Murray. Check out where it is
A new restaurant with a large menu of Mexican favorites has made its debut on the shores of Lake Murray.
Na’cho Margarita, a Mexican restaurant with a full bar, recently opened its doors at 745 Marina Way in Prosperity. That’s on the northwest part of the lake in the Buffalo Creek area, about 10 miles from Chapin.
The restaurant has indoor seating in its dining room and bar area, along with outdoor patio seating with views of the lake. Na’cho Margarita also has touted on its social media pages that it will host live music. Brendan Roberts was set to perform Saturday, Aug. 12.
The menu at Na’cho Margarita features a host of plates and dinners, with many longtime favorites — tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, poblanos, sizzling fajitas and more — featured prominently.
And the restaurant boasts a deep seafood menu, including the Na’cho Tuna, which features “cubed tuna marinated in orange and lemon juice, cubed watermelon, bell pepper and julienned onion mounted on an avocado base, bathed dressing and accompanied by a shot of special house sauce.”
