There’s now a taste of South America on Columbia’s St. Andrews Road.

Braza Chicken Rotisserie and Grill restaurant opened Monday, July 8 at 676 St. Andrews Road in Columbia, as noted on the eatery’s social media channels. The restaurant is just west of Interstate 26, across the road from the U.S. Foods Chef’s Store and a QT gas station.

“Join us as we embark on this exciting new journey together and indulge in our delicious food offerings,” Braza posted on its Facebook page.

Per the menu on Braza’s website, the St. Andrews Road restaurant offers a host of Peruvian chicken dishes, along with bowls, salads, sandwiches and burritos. They also have sides, desserts and “munchies” such as empanadas.

“Whether you’re craving a quick lunch, a family dinner, or a celebration with friends, Braza Chicken invites you to experience the rich and diverse culinary tapestry of South America, one delicious bite at a time,” the restaurant says in its Facebook profile.

The section of St. Andrews Road where Braza Chicken is located is a bustling commercial thoroughfare. About 24,000 cars per day travel down that stretch of St. Andrews, per S.C. Department of Transportation data.
