A new spot for Korean and Vietnamese food debuts in this high-traffic Lexington area
A new restaurant offering a host of Asian flavors has opened in a busy section of Lexington.
26 Pho Boba Korean Food recently opened at 5341-C Sunset Blvd. in the Topspin Plaza shopping center. There are a number of nearby businesses in that plaza, including an El Jimador Mexican restaurant and a Bellacino’s pizza joint, among others.
The storefront where 26 Pho Boba is located was formerly home to a different Asian restaurant, Machi Hibachi and Sushi, which closed earlier this year.
The menu for 26 Pho Boba features both Korean and Vietnamese favorites. For instance, the establishment offers a number of Korean bibimbap dishes, including beef bulgogi, spicy chicken bulgogi, honey roasted pork bulgogi, and more. It also has a deep roster of pho offerings, including options with rare steak, beef shank and mixed vegetables.
The restaurant also features a menu of milk teas and fruit teas, with dozens of flavors available.
26 Pho Boba is located along a major commercial corridor in Lexington that is packed with retail businesses, including grocery stores, restaurants, big box stores and more. It is about a mile east of the Target store in Lexington.
Nearly 44,000 cars per day pass down the boulevard in that stretch, per S.C. Department of Transportation statistics.
