A woman took home a scratch-off ticket worth $500,000 from a corner store in Columbia.

The S.C. Education Lottery announced Friday that an unidentified Midlands woman had purchased a $10 Grand Stacks ticket that won her the contest’s top cash prize. According to the lottery’s website, two more of the four $500,00 prizes remain up for grabs in the current game of Grand Stacks, which started Aug. 6.

The odds of winning the $500,000 prize are one in 1,440,000, according to a release.

The ticket was sold at the Community Mart at 4101 Monticello Road, which received a commission of $5,000 for selling the claimed ticket.

“I felt content,” the winner is quoted in the release. “I have no worries.”
