Missing Columbia man with medical issues hasn’t been seen in a week, police say
A search is underway for a missing Midlands man with medical issues.
Deni Jordan was publicly reported missing by the Columbia Police Department on Monday. The 31-year-old has not been seen for a week, police said in a news release.
Jordan was last seen Jan. 22, at a home in the 2400 block of Gervais Street, according to the release. That’s near the intersection with Millwood Avenue, about a mile from the South Carolina State House.
There was no word if Jordan was alone the last time he was seen. Police did not say if foul play was suspected in Jordan’s disappearance.
Jordan has medical issues that require monthly treatment, police said. Further information on his condition was not available, but he was called “a vulnerable adult”, by police.
Police said Jordan was last seen wearing a red Coca-Cola jacket and blue jeans.
