Search for vulnerable adult who was reported missing by Columbia police
A search is underway for a missing South Carolina woman with a medical condition.
Pamela Mills was publicly reported missing by the Columbia Police Department Sunday night. The 59-year-old was reported missing to law enforcement earlier that day, police said in a news release.
Information about when Mills was last seen was not available, but police called her a “vulnerable adult.”
Mills has a medical condition that requires medication, according to police. Further information on her condition, or if she is without her medication, was not available.
There was no word if Mills was alone when she was last seen. The sheriff’s department did not say if foul play was suspected in Mills’ disappearance.
Mills was last seen wearing a pink shirt, burgundy pants and a black jacket, according to police.
Anyone who has seen Mills, or has information about her, is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 888-CRIME-SC or submit an online tip.
