SC authorities investigating after woman’s decomposing body found
Authorities are investigating after a woman’s body was found in Aiken County.
The Aiken County Coroner’s Office said in a release that it was called to the 200 block of Blackstone Camp Road, in the Beech Island area, at about 8 a.m. Thursday morning after the body was found.
Coroner’s office officials said the body was in “stages of decomposition.” The deceased was identified as 39-year-old Delilah M. Quinones. Her last known address was in Beech Island.
An autopsy is scheduled in Newberry to determine the cause of death.
