This busy Columbia shopping area has a new store for Gamecocks and Clemson gear
There’s a new place in the Midlands for University of South Carolina and Clemson fans to grab clothes and other gear, just in time for football season.
Rivals A Store Divided recently opened a new shop at 108 Park Terrace Drive in Columbia. That’s in the bustling Harbison shopping district near Interstate 26, northwest of downtown Columbia.
The new shop touted its opening Thursday on social media.
“HELLO COLUMBIA, RIVALS 2 is officially open!!!,” Rivals said on Facebook. “Whether you’re a Gamecock or a Tiger, we’ve got you covered!! Come get your game day on with us!!”
Rivals’ first store is located at 2320 Trade Court in Florence and has been open for a number of years. The shops are known for carrying numerous items for both Clemson and Carolina fans, including clothing, coolers, tailgating supplies, footballs, pennants, banners, and much more.
The new Columbia Rivals shop is located in the midst of one of the Midlands’ busiest shopping areas. The larger Harbison district is lined with stores, national big box retailers, restaurants, movie theaters, the Columbiana Centre Mall and more. Businesses located a short distance from the Rivals store include Walmart, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Home Goods, and Staples, among others.
