These are the most popular Greenville SC homes for sale right now, Redfin says

Among the properties with the most online views in the Greater Greenville area for the past month is a five-bedroom, six-bath house on Forest View Drive in Greenville’s Alta Vista neighborhood.

With a list price of $3,825,000, it is the most expensive house on Redfin Real Estate’s list of most viewed houses. The newly built house is 6,250 square feet with five bedrooms and five spa-like baths, pool and home theater. The house was 17th most viewed on Redfin.com

The next most expensive on Redfin Real Estate’s 30 most viewed homes for the month was a $1.65 million house in the Gower Estates/Parkins Mill area a few miles south of downtown Greenville.

The five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house at 310 Henderson Road is an updated mid-century modern built in 1973.

The refinished hardwood floors are original. A creek flows at the back of the property. It was 29th on the list.

There’s also a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 209 Rice Street in Greenville’s Augusta Road area for $1,124,900, listed as No. 22 most viewed. The 1955 house has been renovated with a new roof, chef’s kitchen, updated crawl space and ductwork on a half-acre corner lot.

The least expensive was a $174,000 house on Bent Bridge Road east of Greenville that’s described as a charming starter home with a fenced backyard, space for pets, gardening, or weekend cookouts. It was the 26th most viewed house on Redfin.

The most viewed house was on East Faris Road in the Augusta Road area that is a renovated 1930s traditional style close to downtown Greenville and the Greenville Country Club. Four bedrooms, three baths. The listing price is $850,000.

A couple of the houses on the list are owned by the Realtors who listed them. About half are in surrounding communities, including five in Simpsonville and five in Taylors. Three were outside Greenville County — Easley, Pickens and Anderson.
